Nobody enjoys thinking about their WOF, but keeping it current is the law - and more importantly, it keeps you and your family safe. Under NZTA regulations, vehicles less than 12 months old are exempt, those aged 1-6 years need a WOF annually, and anything older requires one every six months.
At Eastern Bays Automotive in Glen Innes, we make the whole process straightforward. How It Works
Give us a call on (09) 521 1009 or book online to arrange a time that suits you. When you arrive at our Glen Innes workshop, we'll check you in and run through the full NZTA inspection - this takes about 30 to 45 minutes for a straightforward vehicle.
If everything passes, you'll get your new WOF sticker and be on your way. If we find issues, we'll walk you through exactly what needs doing, give you a written quote, and you decide how to proceed - no pressure.
Pricing Guide
A WOF inspection is a fixed $79 at our workshop - no surprises. If your vehicle needs repairs to pass, we'll provide an itemised quote before starting any work so you know exactly what to expect.
If your vehicle fails and you get the work done elsewhere, you can return within 28 days for a free re-inspection on the failed items. We always aim to keep costs fair and transparent.
