Regular servicing is the cheapest insurance policy your car will ever have. It catches small problems before they become expensive ones, keeps your engine running efficiently, and helps your vehicle hold its value when it comes time to sell.
We service everything from daily runabouts to European luxury cars here at our Glen Innes workshop. Whether you drive a Toyota Corolla doing the school run or a BMW 5 Series for business, the fundamentals are the same - fresh oil, clean filters, and a thorough check over the whole vehicle. Under New Zealand consumer law, you're entitled to have your vehicle serviced at any qualified workshop without voiding your new-car warranty, as long as manufacturer specifications are followed.

How It Works
Book your service by phone or online and let us know your vehicle details so we can prepare the right parts and oils. Drop your car off at our Glen Innes workshop - early drop-offs are available if you need to leave it before we open.
We'll carry out the service, run a full safety check, and call you if we find anything unexpected that needs your approval. Once complete, we'll walk you through what was done and any recommendations for future work.
Pricing Guide
Service pricing depends on your vehicle and the level of service required. A basic lube service covers oil and filter change plus a safety check, while a full service includes a comprehensive inspection and additional fluid and filter changes.
European vehicles and those requiring synthetic oils may cost more due to parts and fluid specifications. We always confirm the price before we start, and there are no surprise charges. Contact us with your vehicle details for an accurate quote.
Why Choose Eastern Bays
We follow manufacturer service schedules and use quality parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications. Whether you've got a Honda Jazz, a Subaru Outback, a Mazda CX-5, or a BMW 3 Series, our technicians know what needs doing and when.
We keep detailed service records for every vehicle and can set up reminders so you never miss a service interval. We'll also flag anything that might need attention down the track - like a cam belt approaching its replacement interval or tyres that will need replacing in six months - so you can budget for it rather than getting a nasty surprise.
While you're here, we can also take care of WOF inspection, cam belt replacement and coolant flush - everything under one roof at our Glen Innes workshop.
